remove mslabel and mslabel ssrc-specific attributes

Removes support for parsing and serializing
  a=ssrc:1 mslabel:stream
  a=ssrc:1 label:track
which have been superceeded by
  a=ssrc:1 msid:stream track
a long time ago.
