3cb5e5bea2 Fix VideoFileWriterTest flakiness by using unique file path. 
Both reference and tested videos were created
via a file whose path was fixed.
So, when tests were launched in parallel, race conditions ensued.
This CL creates an unique temporary filename for each video.

3e70781361 [Cleanup] Add missing #include. Remove useless ones. IWYU part 2. 
This is a follow-up to
https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/106280.
This time the whole code base is covered.
Some files may have not been fixed though, whenever the IWYU tool
was breaking the build.

b671d46f91 Add WriteVideoToFile to video_file_reader. 
The function checks the file extension to determine YUV or Y4M format.

Also adds a flag aligned_output_file to compare_videos.py, which allows
saving the aligned reference video to a file.
