3bd444ffdb Clarify and extend test support for certain sample rates in audio processing
Sample rates not divisible by 100, in particular 11025 Hz and 22050 Hz, have long been used with APM in Chrome, but the support has never been stated explicitly.

This CL makes minor modifications to the APM API to clarify how rates are handled when 10 ms is not an integer number of samples. Unit tests are also extended to cover this case better.

This does not update all references to 10 ms and implicit floor(sample_rate/100) computations, but it does at least take us closer to a correct API.

Note that not all code needs to support these sample rates. For example, audio processing submodules only need to operate on the native APM rates 16000, 32000, 48000.

09226fc832 Disable high-pass filtering of the AEC reference
Currently the echo canceller reference signal is high-pass filtered to
avoid the need of modeling the capture-side high-pass filter as part of
the echo path.

This can lead to the lowest frequency bins of the linear filter
diverging as there is little low-frequency content available for
training. Over time the filter can output an increasing amount of
low-frequency power, which in turn affects the filter's ability to
adapt properly.

Disabling the high-pass filtering of the echo canceller reference solves
this issue, resulting in improved filter convergence.

e7c79fd3d6 Remove from chromium build targets that are not compatible with it.
We need to be able build chromium with rtc_include_tests = true. It
reveals a lot of targets that are not compatible with chromium but
aren't marked so.

`rtc_include_tests=true` has been considered a way to disable targets for the Chromium build, causing an overload on rtc_include_tests while the meaning of the two GN args (rtc_include_tests and build_with_chromium) should be kept separated.

4e9c5b592a RNN VAD: GRU layer optimized
Using `VectorMath::DotProduct()` in GatedRecurrentLayer to reuse existing
SIMD optimizations. Results:
- When SSE2/AVX2 is avilable, the GRU layer takes 40% of the unoptimized
  code
- The realtime factor for the VAD improved as follows
  - SSE2: from 570x to 630x
  - AVX2: from 610x to 680x

This CL also improved the GRU layer benchmark by (i) benchmarking a GRU
layer havibng the same size of that used in the VAD and (ii) by prefetching
a long input sequence.

992a96f68e AEC3: Prevent diverging coarse filter from influencing the refined filter
After the refined filter has been determined to perform better than
the coarse filter, and the coefficients of the coarse filters are
overwritten by the ones from the refined filter, at least 100 ms have
to pass before the adaptation of the refined filter is allowed to speed
up due to good coarse filter performance.

This change solves the vicious circle described in webrtc:12265, where
the coarse and refined filters can diverge over time.

This feature can be disabled remotely via a kill-switch. When disabled
the AEC output is bit-exact to before the change.

7e4ad828d6 Increased high frequency transparency
Avoid excessive echo suppression in frequencies above 2 kHz when
there is a dominant nearend. Calls with clock drift will not be affected
by this change as they tend to have less accurate linear filters.

ccbe95fd8a Reformat GN files.
`gn format` recently [1] changed its formatting behavior
for deps, source, and a few other elements when they
are assigned (with =) single-element lists to be consistent
with the formatting of updates (with +=) with single-element.

Now that we've rolled in a GN binary with the change,
reformat all files so that people don't get presubmit
warnings due to this.

CL generated with:
$ git ls-files | grep BUILD.gn | xargs gn format
$ gn format build_overrides/build.gni
$ gn format build_overrides/gtest.gni
$ gn format modules/audio_coding/audio_coding.gni
$ gn format webrtc.gni
$ gn format .gn

Plus a few manual changes to add exceptions for
"public_deps" (after changing these lines the presubmit
started to complain).

77dc19905d Changed the digital AGC1 gain to properly support multichannel
Beyond making the digital AGC1 code properly support
multichannel, this CL also
-Removes deprecated debug logging code.
-Converts the gain application to be fully in floating point
 which
--Is less computationally complex.
--Does not quantize the samples to 16 bit before applying the
  gains.

87a7b82520 Refactoring of the noise suppressor and adding true multichannel support
This CL adds proper multichannel support to the noise suppressor.
To accomplish that in a safe way, a full refactoring of the noise
suppressor code has been done.

Due to floating point precision, the changes made are not entirely
bitexact. They are, however, very close to being bitexact.

As a safety measure, the former noise suppressor code is preserved
and a kill-switch is added to allow revering to the legacy noise
suppressor in case issues arise.

0824c6f61a Delete voice_detection() pointer to submodule
The new configuration path is via AudioProcessing::ApplyConfig and
AudioProcessing::GetStatistics.

ApmTest.Process passes with unchanged reference files if
audio_processing_impl would initialize the VAD with
VoiceDetection::kLowLikelihood instead of kVeryLowLikelihood.
This was verified by testing this CL with that modification.

928146f546 Removing all external access to the integer sample data in AudioBuffer
This CL removes all external access to the integer sample data in the
AudioBuffer class. It also removes the API in AudioBuffer that provides this.

The purpose of this is to pave the way for removing the sample
duplicating and implicit conversions between integer and floating point
sample formats which is done inside the AudioBuffer.

2bab5ad3b1 AEC3: Avoid using filter output in suppression gain computation in non-linear mode
As non-linear mode uses a suppressed version of y (not e) as output, this change
uses Y2, rather than E2, as nearend spectrum when computing the suppression gains.
E2 is still used in linear mode.

This change also affects how the minimum suppression gains are calculated. The
minimum gain is now min_echo_power / weighted_residual_echo.

This time we don't use the multistream decoder unless we have to.
(Which is when #channels >2). Pros: don't make downstream projects
crash due to used up stack space, a few % more efficiency for the
typical case (because multistream adds some overhead). Cons: Messy
C-code with "union" types and #define MACROs, probably more
maintenance.

independent encoders with possibly different BANDWIDTH. The new
GetMaxPlaybackRate queries all of them, and returns a playback rate if
all the encoder's rates are equal.

WebRtcOpus_GetSurroundParameters is a configuration convention. It
maps the number of channels to a multi-stream encoder/decoder
configuration. As described in RFC 7845
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7845#section-5.1.1, a multi-stream
encoder/decoder needs a number of streams, number of coupled streams
and a 255-byte mapping array. The function GetSurroundParameters
computes all of these from the number of channels. [1, 2, 4, 6, 8]
channels are supported.

11b8703201 Base ApmTest.Process on AudioProcessingStats.output_rms_dbfs
This replaces the current usage of AudioProcessing::level_estimator()
in that test.

The unit tests that specifically test the level_estimator API are left
in place, until the level_estimator API itself is removed.

007065522a Removing ancient and unused test scripts and data files
None of these scripts or files have been used in a very long time. They
are removed for the same reason, and since the data files add to the
weight of the resources folder.

af6c139eb6 Drop legacy AEC metrics interface from ApmTest.Process
The test is refitted to use the AudioProcessingStats struct to get
reference data.

The old metrics do not map entirely injectively to the new ones, so the
reference protobuf and files are updated as well.
