317a1f09ed Use std::make_unique instead of absl::make_unique. 
WebRTC is now using C++14 so there is no need to use the Abseil version
of std::make_unique.

This CL has been created with the following steps:

6a489f22c7 Fully qualify googletest symbols.

4c7112a27a Reland "in WebrtcVoiceEngine allow to set TaskQueueFactory" 
in production code keep using GlobalTaskQueueFactory()
in tests switch to use DefaultTaskQueueFactory directly.

This reverts commit e27ccf9a16.
