Mirko Bonadei 4dffa04d4f Revert "Disable goma on GCC bots." 
This reverts commit b9d27d08ee.

Reason for revert: According to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1021931#c17, this is now fixed.
