JT Teh 35d052c2a3 Revert "Add unit tests for RTCCVPixelBuffer and ObjCVideoTrackSource."
This reverts commit 4ea50c2b42.

Reason for revert: This change is causing crashes in video calls.

Compare is asserting as 420f is not 420v
