Taylor Brandstetter d756fd06fe Revert "Wrap Alpha and YUV frame into one EncodedImage for transmission" ... This reverts commit 5670c86aec. Reason for revert: Breaks downstream build. Need to add "#include <cstring>" to stereo_encoder_adapter.cc to use std::memcpy.
